What makes Heritage Square ideal for weddings?

The location is a perfect setting for anyone getting married. We are centrally located, so everyone in the Valley can come here and enjoy the space. Another reason on why to love Heritage Square is the space itself. There is so much history, so much space, and little hidden gems that is simply amazing. From the rose garden, to the Stevens House, to the large outdoor setting, a bride can make this space truly a vision.

What services does Heritage Square offer for couples?

We offer an amazing venue and the ability to bring in your own wedding professionals. We are lucky to be able to offer an amazing venue and let the bride bring in her own ideas, people she wants to work with, and make the space reflect their wedding day.

What spaces are available for the ceremony and reception?

We have two main spaces for ceremony and receptions. You can get married in the Rosson Museum, but with a standing space only and a guest list of 30 people. The porch and the lawn are available for use as well. The Lath Pavilion is a large outdoor venue space that holds up to 500 guests. You can also use the small lawn ceremony area, and the garden for your wedding day.

Is there an on-site coordinator?

We have an on-site venue manager; she handles the details leading up to your day and gives you and your wedding professionals access to the site on your big day. Erika, our event manager, also owns her own wedding & event planning company, Erika Swift Events, and offers brides a special for brides who need or want a wedding planner and then she becomes more involved on and with you for your big day.

What is included in the starting collection?

When you book the Lath Pavilion for your big day, you receive: the lawn, pre-catering kitchen, use of two classrooms for getting ready or touch ups, eight hours on site, professional cleaning and trash removal.

What’s Plan B if there is rain?

The Lath Pavilion is an open air rental, but we are working on a backup plan for these situations. We have access to over 10 hotels within a 15 minute block and we are working on having those locations host our events if it does rain.

Where’s the parking?

Guest can park on the street or in the Heritage Square Parking Garage.

What is the capacity of the space?

Lath Pavilion: 500 banquet style, 1000 theatre style
Lawn Area: 60 banquet style, 100 theatre style

How much time will the vendor team and couple have to set up and clean up?

A standard rental is 8 hours and our couples have those 8 hours to set up, host their event, and clean up. Couples can buy extra hours if need be.

What else should couples know about Heritage Square?

Couples should know that this space is amazingly beautiful, can fit any budget, and guests size. Lath Pavilion is a unique space, a lovely setting, and you get to be a part of history.
