Glimpse seen in the Rumbel

Glimpse seen in the Rumbel

For the past month I have driving by this house on my way to nannying. I love unique historical buildings. I love looking at things that tend to be forgotten. The building reminds me of people that are forgotten in our society:

-the cost of our freedom (Thank you American Military for serving our country and fighting for freedoms we take for granted. We appreciate you so much.)

-the elderly (One day we will all grow old. Many of the elderly in America are placed in these homes and are not seen enough. I love how the Asian cultures take care of their elders. Grandparents in Asian cultures many times take care of their grandchildren while their parents are at work during the day.)

Forgive me, the pictures were taken on my Ipad. I was too eager to snap its history. I was concern it might be torn down over the weekend since the road near the rumbel in under construction.

Can you think of other people or things that are forgotten in our society? If so, please leave your ideas in the comment box. Thanks! Have an awesome Tuesday!!!!
