I didn’t know what to expect for what a coffee tasting event entailed. I quickly witnessed that it’s basically a bunch of people talking and enjoying cups of coffee. Go figure. Oh….and another excuse for women to dress up. =)
Coffee is an art and science. If you are using “good” freshly gridded beans than you will want to time it. Set the timer and “watch”! =)
