How to make a Primal Supreme Cauliflower Crust Pizza
Preparing food is bonding! My husband, grandma, dad and I prepared this meal! We will hold this baking experience in our pockets of memory! Grab a friend or family member and have a couple hours of good conversation over healthy pizza making!
Ingredients
The CRUST
2 cups gluten free flour
1 cauliflower head, grated
¼ cup flaxseed meal ( leave out if you want thin crust)
¼ cup lemon juice
2 ¼ cups water (use 2 cups if you omit the hempseed)
1/4 red onion
½ tsp grated lemon zest
1/4 oregano, parsley, salt, basil (each)
1 Tbsp oil, for your pan
The TOPPINGS
1 orange or red pepper
2 Roma tomatoes
A handful of green or black olives
2 branches of basil
2 ounces of sausage
2 ounces of pepperoni
3-4 ounces of goat cheese
1 jar of marinara
Easy steps to a Healthy gluten free pizza!
Step 1: Preheat oven 425F.
Step 2: Mix crust ingredients. Oil pan, level dough in pan!
Step 3: Bake crust for 35 minutes. ( we did the dough for 25 minutes and it was still doughy)
Step 4: During baking cut up toppings!
Step 5: Lather crust with marinara and sprinkle toppings. Bake for 10 minutes.
Step 6: Cool pizza for about 10 minutes.
