Winter is approaching and we need heat. Have you ever wondered how technicians install A/C’s in a skyscraper? Well then today is your lucky day because watching the technician’s install my A/C unit on the outside of my 21st floor skyscraper was a free circus act.
It takes 7 Acts to install an A/C
Act 1: Have a brave man jump outside the window.
Act 2: Tie a seatbelt style rope to coffee tables and heat radiators to keep the man who is scaling the wall outside from falling.
Act 3: Have a 100 pound small frame woman help the technician lift the heavy (about 80pound) A/C out the window.
Act 4: Have another small weight woman hold the ninja from plummeting to his death. His life is in her hands. It looks like she is enjoying this act of the circus a little too much.
Act 5: Shine the light on the condition of the ninja from the current circumstance. The man in the picture below thinks, “Really? …I hope my partner knows what he is doing.”
Act 6: TRY,TRY,TRY. Talking to the ninja outside, “Aw…plan A is not going well. We need to resort to plan B. Okay man stay put, don’t go anywhere.”
Intermission
Act 7: Plan B: Wait an hour for another man to help the A/C unit out the window. “Oh my, this is much better!”
Act 7: The applause! They did it and praise God this ninja story wasn’t a tragedy!
On a serious note, this young man is in a courageous profession. Hallelujah, we can now have heat…..well, after we buy an extension cord that matches the plug. =)
Do you have a similar ninja story?
Below are more pictures to explain the 7 Acts in more detail. Enjoy!
