1) Essential Oils Treat Headaches

How to relieve a headache naturally here without over the counter pain medicine.

My husband was having a headache and I remembered I had pinned a link on an aromatherapy that treated headaches. I had heard armotherapies helped but I had never actually witnessed them working. I did one drop of rosemary essential oil in some olive oil and rubbed it on the pressure points on his head. With some time and prayer his headache was gone. Hallelujah, thank you God for natural medicine.

2) Feedly: Blog Reader Organizer

I discovered how to organize all the blogs I read.

Before Feedly I had Google Reader. For those of you who are like me, I just found out this week that Google Reader is being discontinued. That’s how I stay on top of my many blogs. I was living in the stone age and remembered all the sites I liked by typing them one-by-one on the URL. There is a faster way to have all your blogs in one place: Feedly. Bookmark Feedly as “Blogs I follow” and with one click they will all show up on one page.

3) Homemade Chorizo

To make Chorizo homemade is easy.

I will admit. When I was a newly wed I would buy my chorizo already seasoned at the Sunflower Market. However, living in China I am very limited on finding comfort foods from my native land of America and that includes Mexican. Mexican is a scarcity in the city of Qingdao. Whether your wanting to cut your cost, eliminate canned/processed foods or are an expat living overseas this easy recipe here will do the trick.

Green Tea

4) Teas= Less Stress

Here are some teas that help you relax from stress.

Raise your virtual hand if you are stressed from your 9-5 job, busyness, or finances? Take some time for yourself and educate yourself on some teas that could help you unwind from a stressful day.

5) FREEDOM: Moms can work from home in the 21st Century.

A site for mom’s in becoming free to spend more time with their children

Did you know that many of the Chinese parents don’t trust their children with strangers? They don’t and if there is public child care facilities in China than they are rare. The child care in China is done by the grandparents. Many of the grandparents know the child better than the parent. This is not neccesarily the case in the United States where daycare is as popular as grocery stores. If your a mom the site listed above can free you to rear the children you were blessed with.

I hope these sites were helpful! What site this week captivated you or taught you something new?
