Surrounded by their Priest, family and friends Michael and Kayla said “I do” in the greenest garden in Phoenix, the Japanese Friendship Garden. The Japanese Friendship Garden is located in the heart of downtown Phoenix. The out skirts of the garden have towering linear sky risers which add an element to a city garden.
The groom, Michael, got ready with his groomsmen in the home he grew up in Phoenix.
Kayla looked simply radiant. She had a gorgeous bouquet of pastel pink Arizona Peonies and Lamb Ear leaves to accent her bouquet.

Kayla had some adorable flower girls that reminded me of characters from Peter Pan in their dresses.
The two girls were sisters and they rocked their flower girl baskets and childhood teddy bears.

Michael and Kayla had their wedding reception in Kayla’s family Phoenix backyard near Piestewa Peak. The couple made a simple DIY pallet reception backdrop for their bridal party table. Their reception tables were lined with DIY gold painted mason jars and Birch candle holders.
