The two went to junior high and high school together and Nicole knew Anthony’s sister. Nicole’s friend knew Anthony and that he wanted to meet her. Her friend invited Anthony to a mutual friend’s housewarming party so once he spotted her from across the room he tried to play it cool. Later that night Anthony asked Nicole for her number. The following day Anthony asked Nicole out for their first date to a movie, Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Sequel. Nicole initially didn’t want to date him but she had nothing else to do that evening. Later that night Anthony introduced Nicole to his parents, “to show her off”. The evening was held with great conversations and pancakes with peanut butter. It was in that moment that Nicole thought, “Wow, I think I like this guy…they eat the same weird food as my family.”
Fast forward after years of dating, November 22, 2014. It was Nicole’s birthday weekend! Anthony planned the ultimate birthday celebration and more. Prior to their packedful weekend of activities Nicole thought something was up so she searched Anthony’s bag for the ring…and there was nothing. Anthony surprised Nicole with a Sedona helicopter tour. On the tour the two love birds witnessed the gorgeous Arizona Autumn leaves changing colors. Near the end of the helicopter tour, miles in the air, Anthony pulled out Nicole’s engagement ring from his pocket and asked if she would spend the rest of her life with him. Nicole said, “yes” and afterwards the two celebrated their new journey they were embarking on by: exploring the Sedona, Out of Africa Safari, feeding tigers and ending with a surprise by their hotel, champagne and chocolate covered strawberries.
On a splendid sunny day in Arizona, Anthony and Nicole married in a Scottsdale Backyard wedding near Royal Palm Resort on November 14, 2015 surrounded by Italian landscapes and lots of love.
