Coloring outside the lines at first sounds radical and a bit rebellious. But have you actually done it before? There is a freedom of expression, space to be creative, and overall a courageousness that happens when we dare to go outside the lines! This wedding inspiration designed by Hytched Weddings & Events at The Saguaro Scottsdale, is for the “edgy and grungy; the tattooed tortured artist couple or barista duo. This shoot was an ode to the creatives, the ones who aren’t afraid to break the mold and plan something out of the box.” May you be inspired to go ahead and color outside the lines on your wedding day!
This Chic LA Hipster Wedding, births such raw and unlikely creativity. In fact, so much so, that it is great excitement to announce the wedding inspiration has been chosen to be on a national blog today: Brooklyn Bride. A personal thank you from all of my creative team and I, to Vané from Brooklyn Bride, for this amazing opportunity!
The talented Natasha from Hytched Weddings & Events designed and modeled as the bride in this wedding inspiration.
The bridesmaids are wearing sleek and flirty dresses by Leonor Aispuro to help compliment the sheer overlay of the floral wedding dress designed by Cleo & Clementine.
The flower crown arrangements by Konsider It Done provided a sense of variety that matched the wedding inspiration seamlessly. Those wreaths look like they are crafted for such a moment as a wedding! “The wild bouquet and arrangements were made of large garden roses, tulips, green hypericum berries, white veronicas, white spray roses, silver dollar eucalyptus, yellow freesia, and magenta dahlias.”
There is such a sultry look happening on this gorgeous bride, Natasha. Her “bob” hair style was done by Dolce Salon & Spa and make-up created by All Done Up Salon. “The bride and bridesmaid’s hair and makeup were done vintage/classic, to keep in line with the Los Angeles vibe. There is glamour in old beauty, and I love to recreate it. The shoot was overall fun, colorful, cool, and edgy. The quintessential LA couple in a wedding done their way.”
The groom showing off in his unique style, by wearing a jacket by Ted Baker, jeans by Hudson Jeans, and boots from Aldo. He sure makes a statement about how comfortable he is within his own skin. “The groom didn’t go for the traditional suit, instead opting for a tailored jacket, button down, with a brown belt, and fitted dark denim rolled up just below high-top oxford style boots.”
The Saguaro Scottsdale has amazing bright colors to really put the focus on the couple. “The wedding venue, The Saguaro Scottsdale, was selected because it is a hidden gem that boasts bright airy hallways, a fabulous pool, and Mexico City-esque colors. It’s bright and modern disposition provided the perfect backdrop for this shoot.”
On their special day, couples can spend quality time together by taking bikes for a spin!
At this serene location, couples can literally feel like they planned a destination wedding with this wild bamboo forest surrounding them!
Detailing of the modern wedding is based off cool colors such as white, blush, magenta, yellow, white, grey, blue, black, white, chrome. The drink ware and the china from Ikea make a bright influence and are a big part of letting all of these pretty colors sing their individual and harmonious volumes in one room.
The pineapples and modern wooden pieces set the bar to help create the feeling of edgy, yet sweet for the LA Hipster couple. “We incorporated pineapples to stay within the fun and bright vision, and blue crystal vases were filled with a variety of colorful blooms. The table was a wooden high top out on the patio, displaying a very laid back vibe.”
Wow, these flowers are all together gorgeous! No flaw in them what so ever. And can you believe that magenta backdrop? It makes the arrangement jump off the picture! They are simply stunning!
Diamonds and sweets make for the best combination together. These delicious and fun donuts are from Bosa Donuts. “Instead of the traditional cake, this couple went for doughnuts to complement their coffee/brunch theme.”
Natasha and Nick’s sweet love is so real, and touches everyone who is around them. Not only are they wildly in love, but they demonstrate it fearlessly and with passion! Read about their anniversary here.
They will leave their guests’ with chrome colored espresso cups and this bold statement of bright gold, pink, and orange garland from Pink Elephant & Co., saying “Love you a latte.”
See the feature on Brooklyn Bride and send them some love.
