At Chateau Luxe, we put a great emphasis on the attention to detail and make sure we’re listening to the needs of our client. Being a free-standing event venue that offers first-class amenities and services, we pride ourselves on a completely unique experience that you can’t find anywhere else. We offer two large ballrooms, an enormous foyer or pre-function space, a chapel, two large patios with breathtaking desert and mountain views, and a beautiful garden that will be significantly expanded in October 2016. Our chef is able to provide any cuisine that the couple is looking to serve along with creating a signature drink that complements the wedding.

What services does Chateau Luxe  offer for couples?

Our amenities allow the entire bridal party to begin the day with complete ease with use of two bridal suites complete with fully lighted mirrors, shower, dual refrigerators (one for refreshments and one for flowers), hooks for wedding gown photos and much more. Our groom’s room feature a large screen TV, billiards table, refreshments, leather seating and more. We’re here to make any wedding exactly what the couple has always dreamed of!

What spaces are available for the ceremony and reception?

We implore couples to tour the venue and use it as their blank canvas on where they see their ceremony and reception taking place. The options are limitless from having a circular ceremony in the foyer underneath our unity chandelier to hosting a reception strictly on one of our patios. The occupancy for each area are:
Garden (50+), Tuscano Patio (150+), Valentino Room (Chapel 110+), Bellazzo Patio (200+), Tuscano Ballroom (500+), and Bellazzo Ballroom (800+). 

Is there an on-site coordinator?

We do have venue coordinators to answer all venue related questions & concerns throughout the planning process, schedule vendor site visits, conduct final walk through with client and vendors, confirm the bar package selection, arrange chef tasting when applicable, assist in Chateau Luxe room layout and space planning, finalize details regarding additional Chateau Luxe packages, and facilitate your event contract.  

What is included in the starting collection? 

Reception Packages include: Use of bride and groom suites on wedding day, sparkling wine or cider toast, venue coordinator, banquet captain and service staff, choice of round or rectangular tables, chiavari chairs, selection of floor length linen with coordinating napkins, choice of white or chocolate brown dance floor, built-in up-lighting, and venue security.

Ceremony Packages include: Use of bride and groom suites on wedding day, indoor or outdoor ceremony site, chiavari chairs, infused water station, and ceremony rehearsal.

What’s Plan B if there is rain?

We have plenty of indoor space available if an outdoor ceremony or reception was planned to move inside. 

Where’s the parking?

Parking is available onsite and valet is an available option. 

What is the capacity of the space?
Total capacity for the entire venue is 1,576. For a sit down dinner, we can accommodate 680+ guests in our Bellazzo Ballroom and 450+ in our Tuscano Ballroom with tables of 10 depending on room configuration. Our Valentino room provides a more intimate setting with seating for 110+.

Chateau Luxe can accommodate 1100+ guests without a stage or dance floor set with cocktail rounds in the Bellazzo Ballroom and 500+ in our Tuscano Ballroom.

How much time will the vendor team and couple have to set up and clean up? 

Set up and clean up time depend on other events before or after your event.
