They encounter a rock in their path. Their relationship had been smooth up to hitting this trial that they had never known before. Expectations of what they thought their love should be like had left them in a stand still of uncertainty and doubt. Will they choose to accept the reality of being two flawed individuals? Or choose to run away from the truth about offensive grace?
The future bride and groom chose to move forward in an outpour of grace. They’ve experienced the freedom that comes from grace enough for themselves, and now it was time to extend that same grace to each other. That grace led them to this monumental moment of a Mediterranean Oasis Wedding in the Desert at the Encanterra Country Club. They desired a place that would fully encompass the truth of everything else fading into the background except for what the couple already possesses. And what they already have is forgiveness, grace, and mercy. These are the invaluable things that can never be taken away and can only been given to each other as a newly married couple.
As they were on the search for a venue, the knew the Encanterra Country Club was the one because of it’s exclusive beauty. There was no need to add more onto it than it already had. Just like the couples’ revelation of their already received grace, their desired venue represented exactly what they envisioned. The Encanterra had the landscapes, the colors, and the furniture to make their wedding day more than enough. They wanted to embrace all that it had to offer, knowing they would be much more satisfied than if there was more decor which would take away from the natural Encanterra state of elegance.
Heading into their own Mediterranean private retreat, they experienced a deep intimacy and comfort. They walked up the entrance of the clubhouse to lay their eyes on the one of a kind tile designs popping with colors of orange, teal, and burgundy. The entire wedding was styled according to these tiles with an added whimsical flair. It was a no-brainer let these designs inspire. The colors gave off a Tuscan Villa vibe combined with all the Mediterranean feels. Guests who would walk into this wedding began to feel as if they had left the state of Arizona and traveled onto the property of an European sanctuary.
We hope that this Mediterranean Wedding Inspiration at the Encanterra Country Club encourages aspiring brides to:
- Utilize the resources the venue has to offer. Consider enhancing the already provided decor. There are endless options when it comes to a naturally beautiful wedding venue and at the end of the day, you and your groom will be able to relax and enjoy the whole process.
- Take notice of the colors that are tucked into your venue. Pull from colors and use them as your inspiration.
- Use local tree branches for natural decorations.
- If you are desiring a cultural themed wedding, take portraits in the gardens, on the cobbled stones, or with the rolling hills in the background.
The Encanterra Country Club is as warm and inviting from the outside as the wedding invitation is from the inside.

The bride looked drop dead gorgeous in her lace detailed long sleeved wedding gown from Grace Style and Bridal.
Just after their first look, the groom pulls his bride in close to inhale all of her beauty with butterfly kisses.
One by one they weave their fingers through each others. They intertwine their hands to commitment and unity for the years to come.
Laughter caused by little playful love talk begins to echo through the clear Arizona sky.
He nestles up close to her neck in an affectionate way to show his love for her.
The floral design and pops of turquoise found on the bride and groom’s attire were inspired by the design residing at the Encanterra Country Club.
The beautiful colorful floral was taken from Sarah’s Garden making the look organic yet whimsical, especially with that ribbon wrapped around it.
Her softly elegant wedding dress played hide and seek with the wind leaving our bride with a smile to remember.
They begin their descent down the aisle right after their personal vows were exchanged.
A guest book was laid out for all loved ones to write a sweet note of encouragement for the bride and groom. We are in love with those teal, orange, and burgundy colored tiles that tied this wedding all together.
Time to celebrate the future and get excited for what is to come.
The table setting was perfectly laid with hues of peach and pops of red florals to accent the turquoise table cloth.
The bride and groom left on a sweet note at the dessert bar. The dessert table took place in an intimate nook of a smaller venue which is located in front of the clubhouse and is a sure favorite for the all the locals to come and be.
