Hi there, I’m April Maura, and I’m thrilled to take you on a journey—a journey that led me to create Little Leaders Academy, my very own Nature-Based Microschool.

Just like many parents out there, I felt frustrated with the limitations of the traditional school system. I couldn’t find an educational environment that truly aligned with my values and the vision I had for my children’s learning. I knew there had to be a better way.
