Chateau de Vie Wedding: Donald + Atash

Their story starts off with a sweet trade-deal. A piece of gum for a drink. Little did Donald or Atash know that this trade deal eventually leads to an exchange of vows for their once upon a time.

Within their circle of mutual friends, they became steady friends themselves. While Donald had eyes for her, he continually pursued Atash to go out with him. But she had other thoughts…she was happier to safely keep him in the friend zone. Friends they were.

Until one day when he planned a trip to pick up his newly purchased car in California. The weekend he planned it happened to be the same weekend Atash and her daughter were making a trip to Disneyland. She found out about his trip and asked if  he’d like a one way ride to California with them. The answer was no a brainer for Donald. Conversation began to slowly unfold on their road trip. With the girls on the road to their final destination being the “Happiest Place on Earth”, Donald naturally, according to Atash, “invited himself” to go with her and her daughter. With a man so excited about Disneyland, she said “yes”. They shared in a magical day spent at the Magical Kingdom of Disney together. This would become the day that shifted their relationship into a whole new direction and onto the beginning of their forever love story.

Their wedding took place at the charming estate Chateau de Vie in Chandler, Arizona.

Her precious daughter, Amina, helping her mother feel secure in her sparkly high-heels.

The Persian ceremony details consisting of an altar with items such as a mirror, nuts, and honey to represent good luck, fortune, and fertility.

In the Persian ceremony they exchanged these coins.

Laying eyes on his bride walking down the aisle, tears of joy began to well.

Oh Atash’s sweet daughter squealing with excitement in that smile of hers.
