Find Your Dessert in the Everyday

Sugar isn’t the healthiest ingredient under the sun but our bodies are addicted to it. I am addicted to it. I love chocolate chip cookies. Even better (if I am going to say that I am going to stay away from wheat) gluten- free chocolate chip cookies are a delicious alternative. If you forget about the common foods labeled “dessert” and just examine the flavors of a fruit, for example a fresh picked strawberry or juicy peach; it’s amazing. Picture your favorite dessert or the best fruit you have ever bitten your teeth into. How much does you body and mind enjoy that food? Savor every detail? Now that is how we are to treat our life. Treat your life like a dessert.
